  1. This reminds me of something from Lord of the Rings – the crevice in the mountains where the Army of the Dead is lurking, which spooks the horses in Return of the King. Why is it so black at the end of the avenue of trees?

    1. I know exactly what you mean! It was starting to get dark and the camera picked up on the details of the trees but seemed to emphasise the darkness behind.

  2. The photo does bring out the poet in all of us I think. It’s beautiful. …”The Road it beckons me onward, to what I cannot see…” Yup definitely inspires one.
